Hi, I’m Brett.
Put simply, I’m Fountain Mortgage’s Resident NerdTM . Whether it’s video, photography, copywriting, building content strategies, or working on websites, I do a little bit of everything and wear lots of hats. And, as an eclectic person, I like it that way! I love working at Fountain Mortgage because each day is a little different, and I’m allowed to inject a lot of creativity and humor into the work I do every day. Our company values transparency, integrity, treating people with respect, and giving back to the community, and it’s rewarding to work for a company that shares my core values.
One weekend a month I’m also ‘Master Sergeant Mundinger’, a 13-year member of the U.S. Air Force where I serve in a reserve capacity as an intelligence analyst. I live for playing around with data, innovating, and applying critical thinking and strategy to problem sets. See? Total nerd, right?
I’m obsessed with all things food and cooking, and you can often find me prowling the KC restaurant scene, haunting the vendor stalls of City Market, or cooking something scrumptious in my home kitchen when I’m not on the clock at Fountain Mortgage. If I’m not busy with foodie things, you’re likely to find me binging the latest show, working out, hanging at the dog park with Toby, my Brittany/Staffy mix, or at home snuggling my tuxedo cat, Hobbes.
