Elisa Arzabala

Hi, I’m Elisa.

I’m fluent in both English and Spanish and have been in the mortgage industry since 2016. Upon entering the industry years ago, I quickly realized the dire need for more bilingual loan officers, and my passion lies with giving extraordinary customer care to clients in their native language. I’m originally from Parral Chihuahua, and I graduated with my degree in Legal Interpreting, so I know a thing or two about translating, especially when it comes to the complex topic of mortgages!

I moved to Kansas City in 2002 and now live in Overland Park with my daughter, son, and my fur baby Genevieve. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my kiddos, volunteering at CABA as a board member, hiking different spots around the KC metro, or hitting the gym.
